All Badges — Full 99 Nights in the Forest Guide

Every badge in Dino Kid, 99 Nights in the Forest, grouped by how you earn it and how brutal it is — plus the Diamond payout that makes them the fastest free route to your first locked class. Categories cover survival milestones, crafting, combat, hunting, farming and the diet-locked survival challenges that only veterans clear.

Badges are saved to your Roblox account — they bank Diamonds permanently

Why badges matter: free Diamonds

Most achievement badges pay Diamonds the first time you earn them, and Diamonds are stored on your Roblox account — they survive death and server hops. A brand-new account can farm a large Diamond stack in one sitting just by clearing the easy survival and crafting badges. That is the cheapest path to a ranged class like the Ranger (70 Gems) before you ever touch the Cultist Stronghold.

  • Easy survival + crafting badges pay out on almost every run — sweep them first.
  • Diamonds from badges are permanent; only in-run resources (wood, food, fuel) reset.
  • Dino Kid event badges (Playtime, Babysitting, Warding, Tape 1/2/3) are account-wide but only earnable while that update is live.

How to get the hardest badges

Vegetarian

No meat, no fish — only plant food (berries, farmed crops, cooked veg). Build a big garden early and never crack a stew with meat in it.

Carnivory

The inverse: 99 days on meat only. Stews are fine as long as they contain meat. Hunt aggressively and keep a smoker/cooker running. Added in The Forest Wakes Up update.

Self-Preservation

Survive without the safety net of the Cultist Stronghold payout or lopsided trading. Lean on your own crafting, farming and combat skill.

Swiftness / Durability

Speed and endurance badges. Max the Day Multiplier (rescue all four missing kids) so you hit the day count in fewer real sessions.

Determined I & II (250 / 500 days)

The ultimate test of a defended, self-sufficient base. Automate food, fuel and ammo, then simply outlast the mobs.

Dino Kid event badges

The July 2026 Dino Kid Update added six event-only badges — Playtime, Babysitting, Warding and Tape 1/2/3. They are earned by caring for Dino Kid and finishing the secret Cultist raid, and they are only available while that update is live. We cover them in full on their own page.
